Soria, Head Coach

I started my fitness journey after being deceived, sounds familiar?

I wanted to be fitter, stronger and more in control but nothing felt right. I tried weight training, but the industry was overwhelming—too many conflicting opinions, generic programs, and diet plans that didn’t respect individual needs. Even with great trainers, I struggled to find a system that truly worked for me. Many imposed their own vision of fitness instead of understanding mine. I was left confused, frustrated, and stuck in cycles that didn’t deliver real results.

I am curious and eager to learn so I earned my Level 3 Diploma in Fitness & Personal Training and started my carreer working in the City of London. I trained CEOs, professionals, athletes, models, and mothers, spending years refining my approach.

That’s how The Souleane Method was born—a functional training system that focuses on movement, strength, longevity and nutrition. No gimmicks, no unnecessary complexity—just science-backed methods that fit real life.

As you age, the body start to change. After 30:

  • 11% muscle loss per year

  • 3-5% decline in strength and power per year

  • Up to 10% loss in speed and power

  • Bone density decline (especially for women)

My clients have transformed their lives in ways they never thought possible. Some have gone from struggling with knee pain with no other option than having surgery to moving freely without discomfort. Others who had never lifted weights are now training for ultra-endurance events. Women dealing with hormonal imbalances have regained their strength, energy, and confidence. Many who were frustrated with weight loss finally achieved the body they always wanted, shedding stubborn fat while building lean, defined muscle.

I take a personalised, high-level approach, working closely with a small number of clients to ensure they receive my full attention and the best possible results. My goal isn’t just to train you—it’s to make sure you feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way so you can keep training independantly.
